You say Genoese cuisine … and you think of the sea. Here are the flavors of the earth to make it master. Just think of the fragrant pesto, the delicate extra virgin olive oil we are producers or the top stuffed, even sung by Fabrizio de André “Odou de boun” smell of good, and an unsurpassed gastronomic fantasy born from the wealth of garden products and wood.
Our pasta is all strictly handmade: ravioli, pansotti, trofie, cutters and matte pies. The Pale restaurant is open for guests in high season on request even in week and for exteriors only on Friday (evening), Saturday and Sunday upon reservation.
An all-inclusive agriturismo menu is offered: home-made appetizers, a first and a second choice, delicatessen, sweet, coffee, water and liqueur. Everything strictly of our production! The cost is € 30,00 for adults and € 18,00 for children up to 10 years n.c. The wine is excluded, we propose Ciliegiolo, Bianchetta, Bonarda Superiore, Pigato Vermentino and Rossese. For the fun of the youngest, we have a large playground, open in summer and winter, with direct access from the restaurant.
